Sabiha Ali
Broker of Record

35 years of leadership and business experience, Sabiha Ali has built an accomplished career spanning Karachi, Montreal, Edmonton, and Mississauga. Having grown up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, she developed an appreciation for diverse cultures and global perspectives that continue to influence her leadership style today.

Sabiha's professional journey began in the advertising industry, where she developed marketing and communications strategies for internationally recognized brands, including ABN AMRO Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Mohammed Textile Mills, and Ispahani Tea. This experience provided a strong foundation in branding, consumer engagement, strategic communications, and business development.

After immigrating to Canada, Sabiha became a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating multiple Timothy's World Coffee franchise locations in downtown Toronto, including the flagship store at 401 Bay Street. Over more than a decade in the hospitality industry, she built high-performing teams, managed multi-unit operations, and earned a reputation for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and business growth.

Today, as Broker of Record at Sutton Group Summit Realty Inc., Sabiha has been instrumental in transforming the brokerage into a collaborative, education-driven organization recognized for its culture of mentorship, innovation, and professional excellence. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, communication, continuous learning, and empowering Realtors with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to build successful and sustainable businesses.

A passionate advocate for lifelong learning and community engagement, Sabiha believes that investing in people is the foundation of lasting success. She actively champions professional development, fosters a collaborative workplace culture, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.

Outside of her professional life, Sabiha is a proud mother of two accomplished adult children. She enjoys the arts, music, philanthropy, and giving back to her community through mentorship, volunteerism, and leadership initiatives.
David Gorski
Broker Owner

David Gorski is an entrepreneur, investor, educator, and Broker Owner dedicated to helping Realtors and investors achieve long-term success. Over the past decade, he has owned and operated Sutton Group Summit Realty Inc. while also building successful ventures in real estate investing and education.

David is the creator of the REI Real Estate Investor Course, which has helped countless investors build wealth through real estate knowledge and strategy. He is also the co-founder and co-host of the “David and David on Real Estate” podcast alongside David Korman of Korman LLP. With more than 200 episodes, the podcast provides valuable insights into real estate law, investing, and market trends.

Known for his discipline, resilience, and commitment to personal growth, David believes in leading by example. As a devoted father to his son Jacob, he is driven by the values of hard work, accountability, and continuous improvement that continue to shape Sutton Summit's vision for the future.

Alisha Ali
Realtor Care Coordinator

Alisha Ali serves as RealtorCare Coordinator, supporting agents through onboarding, training, technology assistance, social media support, and membership services.

She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Children, Childhood and Youth Studies from York University and is currently pursuing further education in Social Work at McMaster University.

With a strong background in communication, organization, and client support, Alisha is passionate about helping others and contributing to the success of the brokerage's agents and community.
Jasmine Kaur Bhogal
Front Desk Manager

Jasmine Kaur Bhogal serves as Front Desk Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting agents, coordinating listings, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily office activities.

She holds Bachelor's Degrees in Building Science and Architecture and graduated as a Silver Medalist for academic excellence. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Urban Design and Project Management with Honors.

In addition to her role at the brokerage, Jasmine leads her own architectural design practice and works as a freelance designer. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to combine creative thinking with organizational precision and strategic problem-solving, making her a valuable contributor to the brokerage's success.
Arshdeep Singh
Compliance Officer & Deals Department Manager

Arshdeep Singh serves as the Compliance Officer and Deals Department Manager at Sutton Group Summit Realty, where he plays a critical role in maintaining the brokerage's high standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and transaction management.

With a strong understanding of real estate regulations and brokerage operations, Arshdeep oversees FINTRAC compliance, industry regulations, and transaction processing while supporting agents throughout every stage of the deal process. His attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to excellence help ensure that documentation and compliance procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.

Known for his approachable nature and willingness to assist others, Arshdeep serves as a trusted resource for agents navigating complex transaction and compliance matters. Outside of work, he enjoys technology, gaming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Manuela Farrell
Realtor Relations Manager

Manuela has been a dedicated and valued member of Sutton Summit Realty for many years, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.

After arriving in Canada in 1965, she built a career focused on service, working with the Royal Bank of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, and later operating a home daycare before joining the brokerage.

Promoted to Realtor Relations Manager in 2021, Manuela continues to support agents and clients while fostering positive relationships throughout the organization. In 2023, she was recognized with a Certificate of Achievement as the Most Caring and Loving Person at the brokerage, reflecting the positive impact she has on everyone around her.

Lizz Suarez
Graphic Designer

Lizz Suarez is the Graphic Designer at Sutton Group Summit Realty and has been an integral part of the brokerage for the past six years.

Through her creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail, she helps shape and maintain the visual identity of the brokerage while supporting Realtors in building strong and professional personal brands. Her work includes websites, social media campaigns, presentations, print advertising, branding materials, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lizz is known for balancing brand consistency with each Realtor's unique personality.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, art & crafts, video games, and spending time with her velcro dog, Sir McMuffin.

Front Desk Administrator

Sabyna Habib provides essential administrative support to both agents and clients through front desk operations, listing coordination, and documentation management.

She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto with a double major in Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology and is currently pursuing further education in the pharmaceutical field with the goal of attending medical school.

Known for her enthusiasm, organization, and willingness to help wherever needed, Sabyna continues to be a valued member of the Sutton Summit team.
Yashwi Shinde
Trades & Transaction Coordinator

Yashwi Shinde is the Trades and Transaction Coordinator at Sutton Group Summit Realty, where she helps ensure smooth and efficient transactions from offer acceptance through closing.

Holding a Master's Degree in Architecture from India, Yashwi brings strong project management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to her role. She oversees timelines, documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative processes, helping both agents and clients navigate transactions with confidence.

Sharika Johnson

Sharika Johnson has been an integral member of the Front Desk Administration Team for the past five years and brings more than six years of experience working in real estate office environments.

As one of the first points of contact for clients, visitors, and real estate professionals, Sharika helps create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for everyone who enters the brokerage. She supports daily office operations through appointment coordination, client assistance, and administrative support.
